Sleep Insomnia issues can be simple… or complex.

If you’ve gotten to the point of considering hypnotherapy, it’s likely that sleep is not just about night time – it can also involve elements in your subconscious mind that you need to put to bed.
As a subject matter expert in sleep insomnia, I bring tools and insights for an efficient and effective long term approach.
Your specialist sessions come with a proven process and plan of action. We work with inner emotions and beliefs – in order to change external habitual behaviours, so act in new and better ways.
1) Sleep Insomnia Plan; contains a tactical plan. 3 pages.
2) Sleep Insomnia Intake Form; we define the presenting issue. 4 pages.
3) Sleep Insomnia Intake Interview; we refine the issue in an interview discussion, to assess subtle and complex subconscious aspects of Sleep Insomnia. Takes place as a 45 minute Free Initial Call via Zoom.
4) Hypnosis Audio – Sleep Insomnia; two specialist hypnosis audios of around 30 minutes each, for before, during and after your program of sessions.
5) Hypnotherapy Sessions; the program three sessions, via Zoom. Ninety minutes each, around once a week for three weeks. Make new habits in 21 days, for life.
This is comprehensive plan, with specialist resources and insights. That’s the difference between a general hypnotherapist who says they do ‘Sleep Insomnia’ as two word son their website, versus a separately certified specialist Sleep Insomnia expert.
1) With the insight to use their subconscious mind to work for them, not against them.
2) Willing to play their part in a therapeutic relationship, to heal root cause inner blocks.
3) Willing to follow the process, starting with a sincerely completed Intake Form.
Three sessions are enough to address the direct issue of Sleep Insomnia. Yet ongoing support is available, that can be called on under certain circumstances.
Some will find that sleep issues actually helped them to ‘wake up’ to other issues, and choose to have a program of General Hypnotherapy. They remain a better sleeper, yet realize they take the chance to extend their insights and breakthroughs into other issues and areas of life.
We often do address and resolve indirectly related issues, within the three session process addressing sleep. So the ‘Sleep Insomnia’ program is completed in three session. Since we’ve already worked together, they may only take another session or two that would otherwise require the 3 sessions of General Hypnotherapy.

3) If appropriate, we can have an Initial Interview that is a precise 45 minute Zoom Call. We will discuss aspects of Sleep Insomnia, the subconscious mind, and look at the Intake Form line by line.
4) If appropriate, you can buy the 3 session program in advance, only via PayPal.
5) Attend the 90 minute sessions, via Zoom, once a week for three weeks. Choose a start time when you can keep to that schedule.
